Monday ~ BBQ Pork Sandwich
  Smokey pulled BBQ Pork smothered in a tangy sauce, served on a roll with fries.
 
Tuesday ~ The Rueben
  This traditional favorite has mounds of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on marble rye bread. We put the dressing on the side served with fries.
 
Wednesday ~ Chicken Waldorf Sandwich
  Tender grilled chicken, apples, grapes, walnuts and seasonings, served on marble rye bread or as a pita. Served with the side of your choice.
 
Thursday ~ Hot Roast Beef Sandwich
  Our tender roast beef piled on sourdough bread with our homemade mashed potatoes and gravy.
 
Friday ~ Bonfire Taco Salad
  Seasoned ground beef piled high atop our fresh lettuce blend, add loads of shedded cheese and tomatoes. Served with salsa and sour cream.

Dinner

Monday ~ Monterey Chicken
  We take our grilled chicken breast, add Pico de Gallo and top it off with bacon and cheese. Served with two Bonfire sides
 
Tuesday ~ All You Can Eat Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
  Start off with a plate of our spaghetti with meat sauce. Served with garlic bread. Still hungry just ask, we’ll get you some more!!
 
Wednesday ~ Fried Pork Chops
  Enjoy two tender pork chops, hand battered and fried to perfection. Your choice of two Bonfire sides
 
Thursday ~ Sizzling’ Fajitas
  Your choice of chicken or steak grilled to perfection along with onions and bell peppers. Garnished with shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheese and salsa. Served with rice, refried beans and flour tortillas.
 
Friday ~ New York Strip
  12-oz, Certified Angus Beef sliced by hand in our kitchen. Cooked how you like it. Served with baked potato and a salad
   
Saturday ~ The Bonfire Delmonico
  Our specialty! 12 ounces of Certified Angus Beef, sliced by hand in our own kitchen. We grill it just the way you like it - With a salad and baked potato
